1. Specify Which Fields Must Have a Value Fax        Email        You can choose to exclude real estate agents from your custom database if they are missing a fax number or email address. For example, if you select fax, then only real estate agents with fax numbers will be included in your database; if you select fax AND email, then only real estate agents with BOTH a fax and a email will be included; if you leave all boxes unchecked, then all real estate agents will be included, even if they are missing fax or email. Of course, selecting both fields will yield the smallest number of records, because only real estate agents with values for both fields will be included. 2. Select Counties (US Only) Enter the list of counties, separated by commas. Click on the Look Up link to select from list of counties with proper spellings. Make sure you select your state(s) first (above) in case the county name exists in more than one state. Look-Up 4. Select Cities Enter the list of cities, separated by commas. Click on the Look Up link to select from list of cities with proper spellings. Make sure you select your state/province first (above) in case the city name exists in more than one state. Look-Up 5. Select Zip/Postal Codes Enter the list of Zip/Postal Codes, separated by commas. You can also use wild card (*) for partial zip codes or hypen (-) for a range of zip codes. US Zip Codes contain all numbers. Canadian Postal Codes have the format A9A 9A9 (there MUST be a space between the 3rd and 4th character). Examples: 24021, 24035, 24063 (3 distinct zip codes) N1R 6J8, N1R 1W8, N1R 6J8 (3 distinct postal codes) 24021-24035 (range of zip codes) 24*, 25* (all zip codes beginning with '24' and '25') N1R*, N3H* (all postal codes beginning with 'N1R' and 'N3H') 24021, 25*, 26001-26050 (one zip code, all zip codes beginning with '25', and all zip codes between 26001 and 26050) 6. Select Area Codes Enter the list of Area Codes, separated by commas. 7. Exclude Major Agencies The following list represents major national real estate agencies in our list. Select those agencies you wish to exclude from your list.
