I am an active Realtor and an e-marketer who sells a Real Estate System called List Every Home. In looking for a reputable list provider, a reasonable business person is focused on several things. One, the list has to work. Bottom line, if you spend marketing money on a system, it must produce results. Two, the list broker must be ethical and above board. I have been marketing for 30 years and typically an e-mail list has a huge bounce rate.

I purchased a few counties in CT and did not have a SINGLE bounce. One or two forwards to new emails that advised us their email address had changed.

Plus we had over a 10% open rate and a great % clicked on our links.
