An active participant in the Arlington Board of Realtors, they held the position of Chairman in 2011 and later served as Chairman of the Community Service Foundation in 2012. In recognition of their contributions, they were honored as the Realtor of the Year by the Arlington Board of Realtors in 2013.

In 2008, they took on the role of President for the DFW Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and played a pivotal role in uniting the Dallas and Fort Worth chapters in 2013, subsequently becoming the President of NAHREP North Texas Chapter. Their leadership was further recognized in 2016 when they received the Edgar Bird Award from the Arlington Board of Realtors.
