A graduate of Miramonte High School, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. Amy began her professional journey in New York City as a Registered Client Analyst with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. She later transitioned to the firm's Los Angeles office, where she specialized in developing financial plans for clients until the birth of her first daughter prompted her to shift focus.

In 2007, Amy fulfilled her aspiration to return to the picturesque rolling hills and exceptional public schools of Orinda. She now resides there with her husband and three daughters, and she is eager to re-engage in the financial sector as a licensed real estate agent with Alain Pinel Realtors.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Amy is deeply committed to her community. She leads a youth group at her church, collaborates with the Monument Crisis Center in Pleasant Hill, and actively participates in classroom activities and the PTA at Sleepy Hollow School. Outside of her volunteer work, Amy enjoys fitness, golf, skiing, tennis, hiking, and reading.
