With a rich and varied background that includes living in five different countries, Andy holds an MBA and has successfully launched businesses, developed financial systems, crafted marketing strategies, and established human resources departments. Additionally, [he/she/they] has served as an International Crisis Manager for a prominent global organization. This diverse expertise equips [him/her/them] to advocate effectively for clients, prioritizing their needs above all else.

Outside of work, Andy is a devoted father to three children—two of whom are in college, with one preparing to enter nursing school at CU, and the youngest attending Peak to Peak High School in Lafayette. [His/Her/Their] wife is an inspiring figure, having founded a non-profit organization called Azmera, which supports women serving in international communities.
