Ashley, a native of the Central Coast, was raised in Atascadero and completed her high school education at Atascadero High School in 2001. Following graduation, she relocated to San Diego to pursue a degree in Marketing at San Diego State University. After a decade in San Diego, the allure of the Central Coast drew her back to San Luis Obispo County, where she could reconnect with family and friends. This return deepened her appreciation for her hometown and all it has to offer.

Ashley has built a successful career in Marketing, primarily in the software and renewable energy sectors, where she served as a Marketing Manager. Her expertise spans a variety of areas, including campaign management and relationship development, providing her with a comprehensive skill set.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Ashley's personal life flourished upon meeting her husband, Keith, solidifying her decision to return home. Together, they have a blended family that includes a stepson, a young daughter, two French bulldogs, and two cats.

With a full heart and home, Ashley sought a new direction in her career, transitioning from corporate life to entrepreneurship. She aimed for a more rewarding path that would allow her to leverage her local connections and passion for helping others, all while embracing her role as a mother.

After extensive discussions with her husband and family, Ashley and her mother, Trudy, decided to pursue careers as REALTORS®. Joining forces under Academe Real Estate and Property Management as the TALK Realty Team, they find immense joy in assisting clients with buying and selling homes. Having experienced the emotional complexities of the real estate process themselves, they are dedicated to supporting their clients and families every step of the way.
