Ashley Wolthuis is a distinguished real estate professional with a robust academic background. After earning her degree from Weber State University, she pursued a Master’s in Development Studies at Universitat Jaume in Castellon, Spain. As a second-generation Certified Residential Appraiser, Ashley leads Element Appraisal and contributes her expertise as a writer for national real estate publications.
