Austin's connection to Nevada County began at the age of five when his family relocated to Nevada City and acquired a vacant parcel on Banner Mountain. He observed with fascination as they transformed the land into a stunning residence, sparking his enduring interest in real estate.

A graduate of Nevada Union High School in 2003, Austin later moved to Los Angeles County to attend Azusa Pacific University, where he met his wife, Shannon. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, followed by an MBA in 2010. Shortly after graduation, he and Shannon married. After a few years, the couple chose to return to Nevada City to be closer to family, establish their roots, and raise their own family. It was during this time that Austin reignited his passion for real estate, joining Network Real Estate as a full-time agent in 2019.

With a strong commitment to financial independence, Austin leverages his MBA and business acumen to assist clients in finding homes that are both desirable and financially viable. He emphasizes the importance of making informed decisions, stating, “I want to help others discover the reality of their dream home in a financially sound way.”

In his leisure time, Austin enjoys playing disc golf at Condon Park and exploring the numerous hiking trails in Nevada County with his dog, Camper. He also relishes the opportunity to cool off in his favorite swimming spot at the Yuba River.
