Benjamin is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong commitment to guiding clients through the complexities of buying and selling properties. As the Principal Broker and Owner of NextHome Superior Living, as well as the team leader of Argall Real Estate Group in Negaunee, MI, he is known locally as “Westend Ben,” a nod to his roots in the west end of Marquette County. His extensive knowledge of the local real estate market equips him to provide valuable insights into the distinctive characteristics and values of each neighborhood.

A graduate of Northern Michigan University, Benjamin holds an Associate’s Degree in General Studies and has furthered his education in interior design at the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design. With nearly a decade of experience as a licensed real estate agent, he obtained his Broker’s License in 2020. In addition to his real estate endeavors, he is actively involved in the community, currently serving as the President-Elect of the Upper Peninsula Realtors and participating on the Planning Commission board for the City of Ishpeming.

Outside of his professional commitments, Benjamin enjoys engaging in home improvement projects, having renovated several properties, including his own historic home built by his great-grandfather in 1937. He also has a passion for music and cooking, often entertaining friends and family.
