Her decision to transition from Coldwell Banker Premier Realty Inc. to Simply Vegas was driven by the company's innovative marketing strategies and promising opportunities.

Before joining Simply Vegas, Carla was a broker/salesperson at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty Inc. from 2006, where she quickly distinguished herself as a Previews International Agent, a title awarded to those specializing in luxury real estate. She ranks among the top 18% of real estate agents nationwide and within the top 9% of realtors in Las Vegas. Over the past three years, she has received the prestigious President’s Circle Team designation from Coldwell Banker, recognizing her exceptional performance.

Prior to her tenure at Coldwell Banker, Carla owned and operated Massone Realty LLC for over three years, where she specialized in representing buyers and sellers in the Las Vegas market. In this role, she managed all aspects of the business, including commission distribution and office operations. Although she found success in running her own brokerage, Carla chose to focus more on her passion for real estate sales, especially after her recent marriage and family commitments. Joining Coldwell Banker Premier, known for its commitment to customer service, proved to be an ideal fit.

From 1996 to 2003, Carla managed leasing and marketing for Tower Realty and Development Inc. in Las Vegas, overseeing approximately 300,000 square feet of Class A commercial office space. Her responsibilities included proposal preparation and lease negotiations, which deepened her understanding of the legal aspects of leasing and marketing. Additionally, she worked as a realtor office and project manager for Western U.S. Contractors, an affiliate of Tower Realty & Development Inc., where she identified potential sites for upscale developments and contributed to various architectural and construction projects.
