From 1996 to 2009, she was affiliated with Coldwell Banker, where she successfully assisted numerous clients in Santa Cruz, Hollister, Salinas, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, San Jose, Fremont, and Hayward. Carolyn is committed to ensuring that her clients' significant investments are both attainable and manageable, always prioritizing their financial well-being throughout the transaction process.

The real estate downturn in 2008 was a challenging period, leading to a temporary departure from the industry she loved. Witnessing the hardships faced by many during this time deeply affected her, reinforcing her belief in the importance of accessible homeownership.

In 2010, Carolyn pivoted to open her own Spinning and Fitness Studio, Live to Cycle, in Hollister, CA, which she successfully operated until 2020. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, she adapted her business model by transitioning to virtual training, continuing her passion for helping others maintain their health and fitness.

Throughout her time away from real estate, Carolyn diligently renewed her license every four years, holding onto the aspiration of returning to her true calling. In June 2021, she re-entered the real estate market with enthusiasm at Pierce Real Estate, eager to help clients realize their property aspirations once more.
