Carrie's real estate journey began in 2001, but her background in the industry dates back to 1997, during which she collaborated with builders and worked alongside one of the largest real estate holders in the United States. Prior to her tenure at Baird & Warner, she gained valuable experience in the technology, non-profit, and retail sectors, enriching her understanding of diverse markets.

A resident of DuPage County since 1996, Carrie is deeply committed to her community. She has actively participated in various volunteer initiatives, including mission trips to Mexico and fundraising events. As a former president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS in 2014, she has demonstrated her leadership and dedication to the profession. Passionate about education, Carrie enjoys mentoring young individuals on the importance of higher education and lifelong learning.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Carrie is a devoted mother of five. In her leisure time, she enjoys family outings to the local pool, walks with their dog, reading motivational literature, and exercising with friends.
