Cate embarked on her professional journey in education in 2001 after earning her degree from Clemson University. With credentials as a licensed teacher, principal, and K-12 superintendent, she dedicated herself to shaping young minds. However, her passion for real estate, rooted in her childhood experiences with her father, a builder of custom luxury homes, ultimately drew her away from education.

In 2009, Cate began her real estate career on a part-time basis, transitioning to full-time in 2012. This pivotal decision led her to leave a successful career in education to pursue her aspiration of becoming a leading real estate agent in her hometown of Greenville, SC. Currently affiliated with Justin Winter Sotheby’s International Realty, she specializes in the luxury market.

Outside of her professional commitments, Cate enjoys biking, cycling, traveling, and cooking. She adheres to a client-centric philosophy, prioritizing quality over quantity.
