Additionally, her role as a wardrobe manager for Philadelphia theaters required her to work evenings, ensuring actors were prepared for their performances. These experiences equipped her with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations, a skill she finds invaluable in real estate. "Every transaction is like a live event," she notes. Charity transitioned to real estate to find a fulfilling career that allowed her to balance work and family life. With the support of her husband, Adam, and guidance from her father-in-law, Jan Castner, a partner at RSR REALTORS, she made the decision to pursue this new path. Recently relocating from Philadelphia to Mechanicsburg, Charity has returned to her roots in Central Pennsylvania, where she is a proud graduate of Central Dauphin High School.
