Curtis has dedicated his life to the picturesque landscapes of Solano, Napa, and Yolo Counties, making these regions the focus of his real estate expertise. Alongside his wife, Susie, with whom he has shared 29 years of marriage, he has raised four children—three daughters and a son. Growing up in a family business has equipped Curtis with a deep understanding of both customer needs and the intricacies of business operations. While he has a strong focus on rural properties, he is also adept at managing urban transactions, catering to clients transitioning between these environments. His knowledge of country properties encompasses a range of complexities, including agricultural regulations, leases, property boundaries, easements, wells, septic systems, and utility considerations.

An active member of the community, Curtis has held several leadership roles, including President of the Vacaville Police Activities League, Chairman of the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce, and Director of both the Solano Community Foundation and the Solano Midnight Sun Foundation. He is currently involved with the Wreath Project at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, where he and his family have led fundraising efforts for wreaths honoring fallen soldiers since the cemetery's inception in 2006. Additionally, he was elected to the Board of Directors for the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors in 2015.
