A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in economics, Dan began his career at Fifth Third Bank, where he served as a hybrid bank lender and financial advisor. His performance placed him among the top licensed bankers, and he initiated a financial education program that promoted financial literacy in schools, community organizations, and places of worship. Recognizing potential in the housing market, he founded a real estate investment company focused on acquiring and managing long-term and short-term rentals, as well as engaging in home building and flipping.

In 2017, motivated by a desire to address market needs with a team well-versed in the transactional intricacies of real estate, Dan transitioned to becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent. Residing in Newtown on Lake Zoar with his girlfriend and their Labrador, Charlie, Dan is also committed to community service. In his leisure time, he enjoys summer activities on Lake Zoar, including surfing, wakeboarding, and tubing. During the winter, he takes to the mountains for snowboarding adventures.
