In 1994, David founded RE/MAX By The Bay with the vision of creating an agency dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. The firm quickly attracted some of the highest-performing agents in Maine and New Hampshire. After more than two decades of leading a successful brokerage, David sold a portion of his company in 2015 to trusted colleagues, allowing him to concentrate on his passion: meeting the buying and selling needs of his clients.

David and his team are recognized for their deep understanding of the Greater Portland real estate market and their commitment to providing outstanding service and results. Licensed since 1984, David was born in Massachusetts and raised in Cumberland, Maine. He began his professional journey at Shaw’s Supermarkets, where he spent 20 years, including the last eight in commercial real estate. David and his wife, Donna, have raised three adult children in Falmouth and remain actively involved in their community and various charitable initiatives.
