As a dedicated mother of two, she has actively contributed to the local community, serving as the Booster Club Chairman for Fallsvale School for 11 years. During her tenure, she initiated several successful fundraising events, including the beloved Breakfast with Santa, which continues to benefit the Booster Club today.

Deborah has also been instrumental in organizing the Forest Falls Chili Cook-Off, a cherished community event that thrived for two decades. Currently, as the President of Mt. Care, she is committed to furthering her community involvement through initiatives such as a quarterly newspaper, Canyon Clean-Up events, and the revival of the Chili Cook-Off.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Deborah enjoys gardening, antiquing, and traveling, all of which enrich her connection to the vibrant Forest Falls community.
