Raised in the picturesque Lake Charles, Louisiana, this agent spent formative summers at a family vacation home in Bandera, Texas, where a deep affection for the area blossomed. After completing high school, they relocated to Texas to pursue a degree in business at Trinity University in San Antonio. Following graduation, they navigated various corporate roles but ultimately recognized a strong aspiration to establish a business in Bandera.

In the spring of 1981, this vision materialized with the founding of Guilott Realty Inc. Over the years, the firm has thrived, thanks in large part to the support of the Bandera community and neighboring counties. The agent has held multiple leadership roles within the Bandera County Board of Realtors®, including President, Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer, and Board Member, as well as serving on the State Grievance Committee. Additionally, they are a trained mediator.

Guilott Realty Inc. is committed to community engagement, actively supporting various charities and civic initiatives. In 2008, driven by growth, the firm constructed a new office, donating the previous location to the 5,000-acre State Natural Area, which lacked a headquarters. The new office is designed with environmentally friendly features, including a rain collection system that has consistently provided water, even during the severe drought of 2009.
