Don Abrams brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry, having transitioned from a successful career as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Justice Department to serving as CEO of a national retail company. His journey in real estate began with the acquisition of Rumbold Realty, a modest brokerage on Balboa Island, which he has since transformed into ABRAMS COASTAL PROPERTIES, now recognized as one of Orange County’s leading independent brokerages.

Over the past twelve years, Don has played a pivotal role in nearly half of all sales transactions on Balboa Island, as well as numerous deals in the surrounding coastal regions. Since 2003, he has been instrumental in the sale of more than half of the homes on Balboa Island and consistently ranks among the top ten Realtors in Newport Beach. Notably, he achieved the distinction of being the top-selling Realtor in Newport Beach in both transaction volume and dollar sales in 2008 and 2010.
