Ned brings over seventeen years of experience in the real estate sector, with the last two years dedicated to Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty. His expertise encompasses a range of services, including selling homes, assisting clients in pre-foreclosure situations, and guiding individuals toward future homeownership while safeguarding their credit.

As an Associate Broker, Ned holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Hampden-Sydney College and a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. He is proud to be a member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors' Top Producers and Multi-Million Dollar Clubs.

Outside of his professional commitments, Ned is passionate about soccer, cycling, golfing, and hiking, with aspirations to conquer the Appalachian Trail. He and his family have been serving the real estate and legal needs of Loudoun County residents for the past fifty years. Currently residing in Winchester, Virginia, he shares his home with his wife Amy, stepdaughter Olivia, and their seven-year-old son Jackson.

In addition to his real estate work, Ned teaches Sunday school and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. His diverse life experiences, combined with specialized training in real estate and negotiation, equip him to provide a comprehensive and exceptional experience for clients, from house hunting to contract negotiations and closing.
