Drawing on over two decades of experience as a practicing attorney, Gary offers clients exceptional negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.

After earning his law degree from Harvard Law School, Gary began his professional journey as an executive at Columbia Pictures and later at the William Morris Agency. He subsequently founded a boutique law firm that specialized in structuring and negotiating business, entertainment, and real estate transactions.

To enhance the service he provided to his legal clients, Gary obtained his real estate broker’s license. Initially, he focused on property transactions for his law firm's clientele, but as his reputation grew, so did his real estate business. In 2013, he launched L A Realty & Design, which experienced remarkable growth, doubling its sales and revenue each year. In 2016, he merged his brokerage with Gibson International to offer even more comprehensive resources and services to his discerning clients.

Gary's extensive experience in purchasing, remodeling, leasing, and selling rental properties has equipped him with a deep understanding of the renovation process and local rental markets. His hands-on experience allows him to provide invaluable insights to buyers, sellers, and investors considering properties that require updates. He has successfully transformed numerous houses into dream homes and is eager to share his knowledge, vendor connections, and resources.

Originally from New York, with additional time spent in New England and Australia, Gary has resided on the Westside for over 20 years. His long-standing experience in the area enables him to offer well-informed perspectives on local neighborhoods, communities, and schools. In his leisure time, Gary enjoys skiing, biking, and exploring architectural salvage shops and design showrooms, always in search of inspiration for his next renovation project.
