Gwen's journey into real estate began in 2004, following an extensive 11-year career in corporate America focused on marketing and market research. Since transitioning to a real estate agent, she has successfully navigated both residential and commercial markets, dedicating herself to empowering clients with knowledge about one of the most significant financial decisions they will make in their lives.

Her previous experience as an Asset Manager for Fannie Mae involved overseeing a $50 million portfolio and managing a team of 200 agents across three states. Before her tenure at Fannie Mae, Gwen served as the NSP Agent for the City of Chicago, worked as a Cartus Relocation Agent, and acted as an REO Broker for various banks and asset management firms.

In the past five years, Gwen has shifted her focus to management, where she has been instrumental in hiring and mentoring new brokers, as well as engaging with her community. She is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and understood.

Gwen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Roosevelt University. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling, bowling, and attending movies and concerts. Known for her interpersonal skills, Gwen thrives on teaching, inspiring, and motivating those around her. She primarily serves clients in the Downtown, Northeast, and Southeast areas.
