About Jack Stapleton
Jack Stapleton is the Broker and Owner of Realty Texas, bringing over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully facilitated the sale of more than 800 homes, consistently achieving annual production exceeding $10 million. Jack earned his Texas Real Estate license in 2007 and obtained his Broker's license in 2011.
Recognized for his expertise, Jack is qualified by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach all aspects of Pre-Licensing. His dedication to professional development is evident through his numerous designations, including MCNE, CRS, GRI, ABR, PSA, TRLS, MRP, SFR, A-REO, ePRO, and EcoBroker.
In 2012, Jack was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®, and in 2017, he received the Broker of the Year award from the Austin Platinum Top 50 Group. He is a two-time graduate of the exclusive Texas Realtor® Leadership Program, completing it for Williamson County in 2011 and for the Austin Board of REALTORS® in 2013.
Jack has held various leadership roles within the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®, serving as Committee Chair, Director, Officer, and President of the Board in 2015. He is currently the President-Elect for 2017 and will serve as President for the Central Texas Regional MLS in 2018. Additionally, he is a member of the TAR Professional Standards Committee and acts as a Liaison to the Chairperson of the TAR Technology Committee. Jack also initiated the Williamson County Food Drive, which successfully collected over 10 tons of food for local food banks.
An active participant in industry advocacy, Jack attends all TAR and NAR Caucuses and Hill Visits, representing Texas REALTORS® at the White House alongside Senators and Congressmen. His commitment to education and professionalism is unwavering, guided by his personal motto: “I always do the right thing.”
