Jack Woodcock, a native of Atkinson, North Carolina, embarked on a distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force in 1961, serving for 11 years. His military tenure included significant assignments at various installations, notably the Pentagon, where he worked in the Command and Control Center for Air Force One. Jack's exemplary service earned him two Air Force Commendation Medals and the Bronze Star for meritorious combat during two 18-month tours in Vietnam. After being transferred to Nellis Air Force Base in October 1971, he was honorably discharged in October 1972.

Transitioning to real estate in 1974, Jack has since achieved several prestigious designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), often regarded as the pinnacle of professional achievement in the field. In November 1979, he co-founded the Americana Group REALTORS, which gained recognition in 1980 as the exclusive representative for Better Homes & Gardens in the region. The Americana Group later joined the Prudential Real Estate Network in 1999. By 2004, with the company expanding to approximately 1,200 agents, Jack sold the majority of his interest but continues to operate from the same office, leading a team of skilled sales executives to manage referrals and new business.

As a Founder-Broker, Jack remains actively engaged with buyers and sellers across various real estate sectors, including single-family homes, land sales, and commercial properties. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, believing that the best way to serve clients is through hands-on experience.

Jack is deeply involved in the Local, State, and National Association of REALTORS, contributing to committees at all levels. He served as President of the Las Vegas Board of REALTORS in 1985 and has been a member of the Board of REALTORS Political Action Committee (BORPAC) since 1981. In 1992, he held the presidency of the Nevada Association of REALTORS and currently serves as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS. His political interests extend to chairing the NVRPAC at the state level and participating in RPAC nationally. Additionally, he serves as the Federal Political Coordinator and has been active on the Advisory Committee for the Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

Jack's community involvement includes memberships in the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Notably, he was selected as one of 40 participants in the inaugural Leadership Las Vegas Program in 1986, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce. In 2002, he initiated a family venture by developing a childcare and learning center as part of the nationwide Kids R Kids franchise, which serves 250 children from diverse economic backgrounds, emphasizing quality care and an advanced curriculum.

Since 2008, Jack has also been involved with Concord Blue Energy USA, a pioneering waste recycling and waste-to-energy company. As president, he oversaw the construction of Nevada's first beta test plant, with additional plants now operational in Japan and another in Germany soon to launch. The technology developed by Concord Blue efficiently converts various types of waste into high-quality gas energy products.

Jack maintains his ties to his hometown by being an active member of Caswell Presbyterian Church and regularly attending The Crossing, a non-denominational Christian church in Las Vegas. Despite his busy schedule, he enjoys woodworking and cherishes time spent with his wife, Kathy, and their grandchildren, sharing a passion for gardening, cooking, and golf.
