Brent has dedicated over two decades to living, working, and engaging with the vibrant community of Tybee Island. Originally hailing from Eatonton, Georgia, he has spent much of his life vacationing on Tybee, where his passion for the island's lifestyle and natural beauty first took root.

His deep connection to the Tybee community has enriched Brent's understanding of the local schools, parks, and overall lifestyle. When he is not assisting clients, Brent enjoys a variety of outdoor activities that the island offers, including kiteboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking, biking, and surfing. As an enthusiastic surfer, he also contributes to the community by volunteering with Surfer's for Autism.

Brent is a licensed broker in the State of Georgia and holds memberships with both the National Association of Realtors and the Savannah Board of Realtors. In his role as Broker-In-Charge at Waterline, he is committed to helping clients realize their dreams of finding the ideal home or investment property.
