JB Hayes brings over 25 years of corporate experience in the Dallas area to her role as a real estate agent. With a background as a corporate executive, she has honed a diverse skill set that enhances her effectiveness in the real estate market. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional customer service, JB is committed to delivering high-quality results while proactively addressing client needs and adapting to changing circumstances.

Her extensive experience includes collaborating with entrepreneurs and non-profits, assisting them in navigating opportunities, launching products, and organizing events and fundraisers throughout Dallas. Having undergone six relocations in her first decade of corporate life, JB possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in making transitions smooth and efficient.

In recognition of her achievements, JB was honored as a Rising Star by Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s in 2020, as well as being named a Top Producer in the same year. Her commitment to the Dallas community is reflected in her active participation in various fundraising, public relations, and leadership roles with organizations such as the Junior League of Dallas, Cattle Baron's Ball, DMA Junior Associates, The Family Place, North Texas Super Bowl XLV, Boys & Girls Club of Dallas, and the Red Cross. Currently, she serves on the Board of Friends of Katy Trail, where she chaired the 20th Anniversary Katy 5K.

JB holds both a BBA and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
