Jennifer Calenda has established a distinguished career in the realms of real estate and finance. In 1998, she and her husband, Tom, relocated to Punta Gorda, Florida, where Jennifer has since emerged as a prominent figure in the local real estate market, consistently ranking among the top five agents out of over 1,100 Realtors. Since 2000, she has successfully facilitated over $320 million in real estate transactions.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University, as well as an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Rutgers University. Her professional journey includes 15 years at a $35 billion bank in New Jersey, where she specialized in financing commercial real estate, managing loan restructures, overseeing commercial foreclosures, and handling the sales management of various bank-owned properties. By her thirties, she had attained the title of Senior Vice President, during which she played a key role in developing and restructuring several divisions within the bank.
Driven by a commitment to her clients and a genuine passion for helping others, Jennifer’s success is rooted in her ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Her professional yet approachable demeanor, combined with her tenacity and industry insight, sets her apart. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jennifer enjoys boating on Charlotte Harbor, maintaining her fitness at the Punta Gorda YMCA, and finding balance through yoga and hiking, as well as skiing in the western states. She is also a dedicated advocate for the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition, having served on its Board of Directors.
