Joann Lammons, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, has deep roots in the real estate industry, having been raised in a family of independent brokers. Her early experiences, which included observing her parents negotiate contracts and host open houses, have significantly shaped her professional journey. Since joining Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty in 1999, Joann has established herself as a leading agent, consistently earning a place in the prestigious Circle of Excellence.

With a strong commitment to leveraging technology in her practice, Joann emphasizes its importance in distinguishing dedicated agents. Fluent in Spanish, Joann holds a bachelor’s degree in conversational Spanish and Spanish literature from Tulane University, complemented by a year of study at the University of Madrid. She also earned a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona.

A long-time resident of the Memorial area, Joann has lived in both the Cayman Islands and Europe. She is married and has two adult children. Her community involvement spans various local schools, church activities, and volunteer work with organizations such as the American Cancer Society. In her free time, Joann enjoys scuba diving, cruising, and exploring the world through travel.
