Their journey in real estate began in 2008 during an internship with College Works Painting, where they served as a Branch Manager in Salem, Oregon. This role laid the groundwork for their expertise in customer service, contract negotiation, management, marketing, and sales—skills that have seamlessly transitioned into their real estate career.

After earning a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Western Oregon University, they launched their real estate career in late 2012 as a licensed agent, subsequently obtaining an associate broker’s license in spring 2015. During this period, they gained invaluable insights into the local housing market and the intricacies of the industry. In the fall of 2015, they relocated to Washington, where they earned their Managing Broker’s license and collaborated with a New Home Sales Team, specializing in high-end new construction properties across the Eastside of Seattle, including Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Woodinville, and Kirkland.

Returning to Ketchikan, this agent combines their extensive experience from both local and Seattle markets to enhance Alpine Real Estate’s operations as Broker and Co-Owner.
