Joe has achieved remarkable success in the real estate industry, amassing over $270 million in sales and listing hundreds of properties throughout his career. Recognized by Chicago Agent Magazine, he was ranked among the Top 20 Highest Producing Agents in DuPage County for four consecutive years: 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. While Joe serves clients across the Greater Chicagoland area, his primary focus is on the Western Suburbs of Chicago, where he consistently leads the markets in Glen Ellyn and Wheaton in terms of sales volume, sales price relative to listing price, and average days on the market.

In 2012, Joe established The Champagne Realty Group, which has successfully closed over $120 million in volume through 335 transactions from 2013 to 2016. A lifelong resident of the area, Joe attended both grammar and high school in Wheaton before earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University, where he was also a football scholarship recipient. An enthusiastic golfer and runner, Joe has completed six Chicago marathons. He resides in Glen Ellyn with his wife and their two children.
