Kathy embarked on her real estate journey immediately after graduating high school. While pursuing her college education, she joined Re/Max in Kansas City as an administrative assistant to the president. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across various facets of the real estate sector, establishing herself as a knowledgeable and versatile REALTOR®.

In the 1980s, Kathy sold residential properties with Century 21 and contributed her expertise to the appraisal office at Midwest Mortgage. During the 1990s, she took on the role of property manager for a multi-unit apartment complex, and in 2000, she became one of the pioneering developers of lofts in downtown Belleville.

Kathy is also a Certified Military Relocation Specialist, equipping her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by families receiving PCS orders. As a long-time resident of the Metro East area, she is well-positioned to help newcomers acclimate to their new community and explore all that it has to offer.
