Kerri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications with a focus on Sales and Advertising from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Since obtaining her real estate license in March 2003, she has successfully assisted numerous clients in navigating their real estate journeys. In February 2009, she earned the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, further enhancing her expertise in the field.

A resident of Kearney since 1994, Kerri appreciates the vibrant community and all it has to offer. Alongside her husband, Jori, she co-owns JP Builders Inc. Together, they have a 22-year-old daughter, Chloe. In her leisure time, she enjoys golfing, reading, and shopping.

Kerri is deeply committed to her community, actively volunteering and participating in various organizations. She is a member of the Buffalo County Board of Realtors and the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce. Currently, she serves on the United Way Board and is an engaged member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Her past roles include Corresponding Secretary for the Gamma Kappa Alumni Chapter of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority at UNK and a mentor with the Gold Torch Society at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Her involvement extends to several committees, including the Convention Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, YPN Advisory Board, and Grievance Committee. She has also served as the Past Assistant Dean for the GRI Board of Governors for the Nebraska Realtors Association and was the 2015 RPAC Chairperson for the Buffalo County Board of Realtors.
