With a rich family legacy in real estate, this agent's journey began early. Her maternal grandfather was a broker and developer, while her paternal grandmother served as an escrow officer, and her mother worked as a mortgage broker. This background laid a solid foundation for her career in the industry.

She launched her real estate career in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California, focusing on rural land and residential property sales. During this time, she also acquired valuable experience in home construction and property development for clients.

Building on her construction knowledge, she transitioned to new home sales as a marketing specialist, representing several prominent builders in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her efforts were recognized through numerous awards from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association, highlighting her top sales achievements.

After a successful tenure in real estate, she was recruited by a local bank to serve as a mortgage loan officer, quickly becoming one of the leading loan originators in her region. In 1997, she relocated to Hawaii, where she established her own mortgage brokerage in Maui. It was during this time that she discovered Sandpoint, Idaho. Captivated by the community, she and her husband decided to make North Idaho their home.

Now, she has returned to her roots as a real estate agent, specializing once again in rural land and home sales. Her mission is to assist clients in realizing their real estate ownership dreams, guided by a commitment to integrity, exceptional service, and diligent follow-up.
