Lori Carlson, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, made the move to Colorado Springs in 1993. After nearly three decades in the region, she proudly identifies as a Coloradan. Lori's journey into real estate began in 1994, coinciding with her youngest child's transition to full-time school. Inspired by her aunt, a successful realtor in Southern California, Lori recognized her own aptitude for the industry and pursued her real estate license.

She commenced her career with Century 21 Academy in the fall of 1994 and has since collaborated with various firms, dedicating the last 15 years to specializing in military and corporate relocations. Over the years, Lori has cultivated a successful business, consistently earning accolades for her outstanding sales performance. She is an active member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Notably, she holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, a prestigious recognition awarded to fewer than 4% of realtors, which requires advanced training and a proven sales record. Additionally, Lori is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and a Relocation Specialist.

On a personal level, Lori is a proud mother of three adult children—two daughters and a son—along with two sons-in-law and six grandchildren, all residing nearby in Colorado Springs. Her grandchildren, ranging in age from 4 to 11, bring immense joy to her life, and she cherishes the time spent with them. While Lori enjoys skiing, knitting, and home decorating/staging, her busy schedule has limited her ability to engage in these hobbies recently. She has been a dedicated member of Woodmen Valley Chapel since her arrival in Colorado.
