Mary Anne Kennedy is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience, recognized as a leader in the industry. She holds multiple prestigious designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS). As both a Broker and Associate Broker, Mary Anne has demonstrated her commitment to excellence in real estate.

Her extensive qualifications include national credentials such as Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR), and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC). Mary Anne's expertise spans various aspects of real estate, including finance, contract negotiation, marketing, international relocation, loss mitigation consulting, property management, and real estate investment.
