Michael Verdone embarked on his real estate journey in 1974, quickly establishing himself as the top selling and listing agent in his office by year’s end. By the age of 21, he had obtained his Broker's License and launched Verdone Commercial Brokerage, focusing on income-producing properties and limited partnerships. With degrees in Finance and Economics, coupled with a solid understanding of home construction, Michael transitioned to residential real estate, founding Economic Concepts in 1978.

Mike Verdone, a third-generation Realtor and Broker, joined the family business in 2012. He holds a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Business from UCSD. Leveraging his strong interpersonal skills and expertise in video technology, Mike enhances client presentations and engagement.
