A graduate of SUNY Geneseo, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication in 1977, this real estate professional began his career as a licensed salesperson with Nothnagle Realtors in November 1978. He achieved his associate broker license in 1992 and subsequently gained approval from the New York State Department of State to instruct continuing education courses in real estate.
In 2008, he was honored as the New York State REALTOR of the Year, a recognition of his exemplary service to the real estate industry and his commitment to upholding the ethics and integrity associated with the REALTOR designation. He also held the position of President of the New York State Association of REALTORS in 2015.
