Pat hails from the Dayton, Ohio area, a community she fondly remembers from her youth. In 1985, she made the move to Sarasota, Florida, where she spent 15 years enjoying the stunning Gulf Coast alongside her husband and two sons. As enthusiastic boaters, they recognized the potential of affordable waterfront property and relocated to Port Charlotte in 2000, a decision they have cherished ever since. Pat appreciates the area's boating, fishing, wildlife, and relaxed lifestyle, and she is eager to introduce prospective homebuyers to the unique charm of the region.

With a wealth of experience in real estate, Pat has dedicated her career to helping individuals find their ideal homes. She spent five years managing apartment complexes, followed by another five years supporting leading real estate professionals in Sarasota. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida, she joined Centex Homes at Riverwood Golf & Country Club, where she excelled as a Top Producer for five years.

In 2004, Pat and her husband established their own residential construction company, Stevens Contracting LLC, specializing in custom building and remodeling. Their expertise in identifying and renovating foreclosures allows them to assist clients in making informed investment decisions. Since becoming a licensed residential Realtor in 2005, Pat has focused on various property types, with particular expertise in waterfront homes, new construction, and foreclosures.
