Philip Walker serves as a Senior Real Estate Advisor at Keller Williams Realty, where he has successfully facilitated the sale of over 3,000 properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth region. His diverse portfolio encompasses single-family homes, luxury estates, condominiums, townhomes, ranches, residential and commercial land, as well as a full city block that includes a U.S. Post Office. Philip has cultivated a robust global network of real estate professionals, enabling seamless client referrals both domestically and internationally.

In addition to leading a thriving sales team, Philip has taken on the role of delegated agent supervisor for two Keller Williams offices. His responsibilities in this capacity include addressing agent inquiries, ensuring compliance and risk management, supporting office management, and chairing various committees such as Finance, Technology, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He is adept at conflict resolution, preferring to negotiate solutions proactively to prevent issues from escalating. Philip is passionate about mentoring emerging agents and enjoys conducting educational sessions tailored to all experience levels.

Philip is actively involved in multiple Realtor associations, having held several leadership positions. He has served on the Board of Directors, co-founded and represented the MLS at agent meetings in the Uptown Dallas area, and participated in various committees, including Professional Development, MLS, Forms & Contracts, and Budget & Finance. In 2023, he will assume the role of Co-Chair of the MLS Committee as a board member of NTREIN, where he will oversee disciplinary hearings. Additionally, he will contribute to the Professional Development Committee of Texas Realtors at the state level.

His passion for real estate was ignited during his studies at Texas Christian University, where he earned dual degrees in Real Estate and Finance, followed by an MBA in Finance. Committed to continuous improvement, Philip actively pursues advanced training and certification opportunities.

A dedicated advocate for animal welfare, Philip volunteers for various animal-related causes and previously served as President of a non-profit organization supporting the City of Dallas shelter. He is also a proud owner of several rescue animals and humorously acknowledges his challenges as a foster parent, opting to keep his exact number of pets private.
