Beginning his professional journey in 2000 as a government contractor, he ventured into real estate investment in 2005, partnering with a childhood friend to engage in property flipping. This endeavor continued until 2007, when the housing market began to decline, prompting them to reassess their strategy. In 2008, seeking to take a more proactive approach, he obtained his real estate license and began working as an agent on a part-time basis while still employed in his government role.
In January 2011, he achieved his broker's license and established CARE Real Estate. By October of the same year, he transitioned to full-time brokerage, marking the end of his government contracting career. His expertise spans both resale properties and new construction. In August 2013, he relocated to San Antonio to expand his business, and he currently operates offices in both El Paso and San Antonio, with plans for further growth in the region.
