Stefan, a native of Silicon Valley, was born at El Camino Hospital and spent his formative years in Sunnyvale, a community once dominated by orchards rather than technology firms. His deep-rooted knowledge of the area is complemented by a family legacy in real estate, spanning several generations of professional Realtors and investors who manage both residential and commercial properties throughout the Valley.

At the age of 21, while still a college student, Stefan purchased his first home, marking the beginning of a successful career in real estate that has now spanned over half his life. He adopts a consultative approach to sales, emphasizing high-tech marketing strategies, assertive negotiation tactics, personalized service, and a steadfast dedication to his clients.

Stefan resides in Sunnyvale with his wife, two teenagers, and a playful dog, just around the corner from his childhood home, where his parents still live. Outside of his real estate commitments, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, working out, reading, and traveling.
