A dedicated member of Western Avenue Baptist Church, Teresa graduated from North Iredell High School and earned an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Central Piedmont Community College. For 23 years, she worked alongside Dr. Mark Dale, where she honed her skills in client relations and attention to detail.

Driven by a longstanding passion for the housing market, Teresa has transitioned to real estate with Excel Real Estate Group. Her enthusiasm for finding the ideal property—be it a new build, a fixer-upper, or land—fuels her commitment to her clients.
