Tom Sailer, a lifelong resident of Chicago's South Side, has a rich background in public service and real estate. After completing his education at St. Francis de Sales High School, he served in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1965. In 1968, he joined the Chicago Police Department, where he dedicated 30 years of service before retiring in 1998.

Transitioning to real estate in 1999, Tom quickly established himself as a leading Realtor at a Hinsdale brokerage, where he excelled from 2000 to 2006. In 2006, he recognized the benefits of Exit International and joined their Naperville office. The following year, he earned his Broker's license and, alongside his partner Chris Hochstedt, co-founded Exit Real Estate Partners in Downers Grove, Illinois.
