Lyn's strong work ethic began growing up on a 200+ head dairy farm in Pattonsburg MO From early morning to late at night she would feed calves and milk the cows In the mid 80's her family moved to Chillicothe MO after the fallout of farming and interest rates shy rocketed Lyn graduated from Chillicothe High School then started working for a local bank leading her to employment in a financial investment office \nIn 2011 after a friend asked if she would be interested in getting into real estate she was hired as an administrative assistant for a year to learn the backside of the business She moved on to gain her real estate license in 2012 and started selling full time Lyn mostly specialized in residential but still found opportunities to sell farm ground and a commercial She loves to learn and understands listening is one of the most important skills a top agent needs to find and meet the needs of her clients \n\nLyn's goals are to sell homes not houses and turn clients into lifelong friends
