Beginning his career at the age of 19 with the acquisition of his first waterfront homesite, this real estate professional has dedicated his entire working life to the industry. His journey through the HONC family of businesses, encompassing real estate development, marine construction, and site work, has equipped him with exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the local market.

His expertise spans both residential and commercial real estate in Southwest Florida. He has successfully developed and sold several small residential communities and has managed the assembly, permitting, and sale of multiple mine sites in Lee and Charlotte Counties. As a licensed Excavation Contractor for many years, he has overseen site work for numerous homes throughout Cape Coral and Lee County, including notable planned communities like Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marina, as well as various commercial properties, including several Publix stores.

A lifelong resident of Lee County, he currently lives in Cape Coral with his wife of over 20 years and their two teenage children. His children have attended school locally, with their current enrollment at Bishop Verot High School in Fort Myers, where they benefit from a strong educational foundation and engage in the area's vibrant sports programs. The family enjoys the diverse recreational opportunities available year-round, including cycling, boating, ATV riding, hunting, and weekend excursions with their fifth-wheel camper.
