Alice Collins serves as the President of CENTURY 21 Collins Realty, a position she has held since establishing the firm shortly after relocating to St. George Island in July 1973 with her husband, John, and their eight-year-old son, Johnny. Prior to this move, Alice gained valuable experience in the commercial real estate sector in Tallahassee, where she worked from 1960. Upon arriving on the island, which had a mere 20 full-time residents at the time, she launched her real estate office. Over the years, Collins Realty has evolved significantly, expanding from a solo, part-time operation to a robust team that includes six full-time staff members and six dedicated agents.
