Alicia, a lifelong resident of the Peninsula, has called Mountain View home since 1994, where she resides with her two daughters. She completed her early education in Cupertino and Palo Alto before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Resources from Cal Poly Pomona in 1989.

With a background rooted in a family of real estate professionals, Alicia embarked on her own real estate journey in 1991 at Seville Properties in Los Altos. For 15 years, she collaborated with her mother, Alice, effectively guiding clients through the buying and selling process. In 2006, Alicia transitioned to a management role, overseeing Coldwell Banker’s top-producing Los Altos office, where she managed over 100 agents for two years.

Alicia has been actively engaged in professional organizations, including the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors® and the California Association of Realtors®. She has held numerous leadership positions, including serving as President of her local association in 2002 and as Professional Standards Chair at both local and state levels. Her contributions earned her the Realtor® of the Year award from her local association. Currently, she is a respected member of the Professional Standards committee, participates on the forms committee, and serves as Treasurer for their for-profit corporation, PRDS.

In 2008, Alicia and Alice partnered with the owners of Sereno Group to establish their Los Altos office. Sereno is known for its team of experienced, high-performing agents in the local market. In her role as Vice President and Regional Risk Manager, Alicia provides Sereno Group, which encompasses seven offices and over 200 agents, with essential management tools and services aimed at minimizing risk.

In 2013, Alicia and Alice reunited to form Team Nuzzo, focusing on residential real estate. Together, they have achieved significant success in listing and selling homes throughout the Peninsula.
