Together, they ventured into real estate in Ireland, where they successfully managed, subdivided, and sold farmland, as well as developed and sold commercial properties and single-family homes. They also managed vacation rentals, enhancing their comprehensive understanding of the market.

Recognizing a demand for high-quality German building materials, Andrea established an import business to supply homeowners and builders with premium products. Her reputation, bolstered by trade shows and satisfied clients, has made her a trusted resource in this niche.

Andrea's love for travel has taken her to many remarkable destinations, but a skiing trip to the pristine Lake Tahoe area in 1994 solidified her affection for the region. After years of family vacations around the lake, the Kings decided to make South Lake Tahoe their permanent home.
