Andy Read, the founder of Caldecott Properties, became affiliated with Corcoran Icon Properties in 2022. With a focus on residential real estate in the East Bay, he has successfully brokered over a billion dollars in sales. Andy's real estate journey began in New York City before he transitioned to San Francisco, where he worked with Lofts Unlimited prior to establishing Caldecott Properties in 2005.

A native of the Bay Area, Andy holds degrees in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of California, Davis. He is dedicated to philanthropic efforts that support the welfare of animals and artists. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing pick-up basketball and exploring for the ideal margarita.
